TCI Manufacturing has recently made some exciting additions to our shop. We recently purchased 4 new CNC (computerized numerical control) machines. The “Beam Line,” “Angle Clipper,” “Pipe Bender” and “Coper,” enable us to manufacture our equipment even more efficiently and accurately. The addition of the CNC machines will continue to ensure a “top of the line” quality product that our customers have come to expect from TCI Manufacturing.

Custom Fabricated Portable Screening Plant & Bin with 6 x 18 Double Deck Ultra Frequency Screen

This impressive piece of equipment consists of:

  • 3 Axle Trailer Chassis fabricated from a combination of heavy duty wide flange beam, structural channel and square tube. The triple axle is complete with hutch suspension and springs, air brakes, lights, (12) 11:00 x 22.5 radial tires on 10 hole bud rims, hydraulically operated lifting legs and a 5th wheel hitch.
  • 197 HP John Deere Diesel Engine with 1800 RPM Gen-Set Package including a 150 gal. double wall fuel tank
  • 8’ x 14’ Feed Hopper with hydraulically operated grizzly
  • 36” x 15’ Channel Frame Bin Conveyor
  • 36” x 48’ Channel Frame Screen Feed Conveyor
  • 6’ x 18’ Double Deck Ultra Frequency Screen
  • (2) 24” x 14’ Channel Frame Hydraulically Folding Cross Conveyors for top deck and bottom deck overs
  • 30” x 17’ Channel Frame Rear Discharge Conveyor for screen throughs
