- Rugged binder-style screen tensioning system
- Screen cloth, 20 mesh through 3/4"
- Hydraulic raise for screen and feed conveyor
- 4 crib points on frame with hydraulic legs for easy cribbing
- 36” x 41’ channel frame feed conveyor
- CEMA B idlers
- 3-ply belting
- Dodge reducers and bearings
- AR lined receiving hoppers built into frame
- 10 HP electric/hydraulic power unit
- Pressure and return filters
- Parker tough covered hoses

- Catwalk on both sides of screen with workstation at rear of screen

- 30” x 17’ rear discharge conveyor for screen fines
- 197 HP John Deere diesel engine with 100 KW generator

NEW - Custom-built PSB Plant and TCI 6' x 18' Double Deck Ultra Frequency Screen is self-contained with a 197 HP diesel engine/genset. Blending chutes are included on the screen. The plant features electric switchgear, hydraulically operated lifting legs, screen erect, conveyor fold, grizzly raise and feed gate on the hopper. The 8' x 14' (12 cu. yd.) feed hopper has hopper extensions, AR liners for wear protection and a removable fill wall to allow for a loading ramp.
