We have a new way to screen material.

The Facts

FINE MATERIAL will screen more effectively with a stroke of less amplitude and greater frequency.

COARSE MATERIAL is the opposite. It is best screened by a greater amplitude (Throw) and lower frequency (RPM) in order to throw the larger, heavier particles out of the openings.

IF THE SAME STROKE IS USED TO SCREEN COARSE MATERIAL AS IS USED TO SCREEN FINE MATERIAL, THE FINE MATERIAL TENDS TO BECOME AIRBORNE MISSING THE OPENINGS OF THE SCREEN PANEL, THUS CREATING INEFFICIENT SCREENING.
  • ELIMINATING MAJORITY OF FINE MATERIAL PRIOR TO SIZING SCREEN
  • VIRTUALLY ELIMINATE BLINDING ON SIZING SCREEN - INCREASED UP TIME
  • GRADATION CONTROL USING CONVENTIONAL SCREEN BOTTOM DECK AS CLEANUP DECK
The benefits > Post Screening
  • CLEANING UP CHIP PRODUCT
  • SAND PRODUCTION
  • SPECIALTY SEPARATIONS

It's time to start Ultra Screening!

In contrast to inclined and horizontal conventional screens, the Ultra Frequency screen relies on gravity to move the material across the screen panel and induces the vibration to the screen cloth only.

Therefore, we are able to achieve a higher frequency and the force is applied directly to the material and it reacts to the vibration in proportion to it's size. Larger particles are lifted higher and smaller particles are kept closer to the screen.

Thereby, the "fines" spend less time in the air and more time in contact with the screen cloth, so the probability of separation is greater.
