Self-Contained Portable Feed Hopper & Radial Stacker
Project Highlights
John Deere and TCI formed a great partnership on this project to design and build a self contained portable feed hopper and radial stacker for their operation. The set up is capable of over 2000 TPH and is completely self contained with a generator that runs the feed hopper and conveyor. The feed hopper is loaded with options including load cells and hydraulic lifting legs. The radial stacker includes a fold-down style undercarriage and belt scale.

PTSC XL - 6'x24' Double Deck Portable Plant

TCI is proud to announce the first and only portable 6x24 DD high frequency screen on the market! This new version comes with the same great screening ability for dry, fine material as its little brother (the 6x18DD PTSC), but our new 6x24' DD comes with an extra 72 square feet of screening area which will marginally enhance capacity, and greatly enhance efficiency and product separation.
