TCI Manufacturing in Walnut, IL was formed in January of 2000. Mike Maynard and Richard “Dick” Nelson started the company to carry forward their extensive experience and knowledge of the aggregate industry.

We started with conveyors and, along with our line of high frequency screens, have expanded to portable and stationary screening and crushing, and wash plants and structures, vibratory feeders, bins/hoppers, sand screws, and custom fabrication solutions. Thanks to our loyal customers TCI has grown over the years. With our latest expansion, we have a nearly 130,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility that houses our dedicated employees and CNC tooling.
